March Newsletter 2011
2011 is starting off great for iMastering as well as it’s clients. We continue to expand with new global clients recently commissioned from Belgium, UK, Germany, Italy, and Ireland.
iM’s #1 label client, Tulipa Recordings, continues to come out with one successful release after another. Rising star Nomean’s new fantastic EP (which iM particularly enjoyed working with) is now out on Tulipa. It is seeing some HUGE early support, with a top 10 charting by Nick Warren (http://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/nickwarren/top10?chart=61493) as well as Hernan Cattaneo describing the stand out track ‘Hesitation’ as “MASSIVE”. Listen and purchase the EP at: https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/content/release/detail/339026/Desert%20Flow%20EP . Next up for Tulipa is Summer’s Sugar Glider EP with massive remixes by Silinder, Liz Cirelli, and Rich Curtis.
iMastering also finished up a joint 10 track project for Panama Red Records and Rubberlips Recordings. Quality house and tech house tunes, check it out here: http://soundcloud.com/rubberlips & http://soundcloud.com/panama-red-records
A great DJ mix that we also had the pleasure of touching up was for St. Louis favorite, DJ Cypher. Be sure to listen and download the mix here: http://soundcloud.com/cyphertribe/hoolaroot-cypher-2011
Some news about our own projects, T.Lectual (myself) & Summer’s new song “Botanical” is set for release on March 21st on a special WMC Compilation, on well respected Baroque Records. I also have a solo remix that is forth coming on Stripped Recordings, a label that DJ Sasha declared his favorite label of 2010. So, we have some exciting things on the horizon to say the least!
iM thanks you for your support! Until next time…
